A nice and well maintained holiday for 4 people, situated in the beautiful French town of Golfe Juan, next to the famous city of Cannes. The Mediterranean, with beautiful sandy beaches and shops are within walking distance in about 15 minutes. The quiet apartment is part of a residence. The property covers an area about 70 sqm, is fully equipped (TV, 2 fridges, oven, spacious indoor dining area, large outdoor dining table, nice bathroom with shower, good bed, private parking at the door, a CD / DVD player and two bicycles, etc.). The apartment has 23 m² with covered patio and a backyard adjacent to a large communal garden and palm trees. The site is enclosed by a fence all the way around so that children are not able to walk away.

The surface is approximately 70 m2, can accommodate 4 persons and has all comfort (TV, 2 frigidaires, furnace, washing machine, large inside and outside dining tables, nice bathroom with bath, sleep couch (2P), beautiful bedroom with a 2 person bed, own parking place before the building, etc..).
You have to bring your own bedlinen and clean the house before departure. Coverlet and sheets are available. There is a contactperson in the residence, who you can consult when there are problems.

Outside,
The holiday house has its own backyard (25m2) and borders on a large park with palm trees, situated in the middle of the residence. The park is closed by a fence , preventing children and animals from walking away. Small animals are allowed and should be kept in the own backyard.

The surroundings of Cannes offer many possibilities for entertainment, sport and curiosities. (2 mountenbikes present) Therefore Cannes and surroundings is the ideal holiday destination during summer and winter. The house is close to: Antibes, Cannes and Juan les Pins.
